Trek to Katraj Sinhagad.. ( सिंहगड - कोंढाणा )

My First night trek in my Adventure life, and it was awesome experience to visit Sinhagad fort. :)


Started Journey from Katraj old Tunnel to Sinhagad..

How to reach:  Either you catch Bus from Swargate (Pune-Satara Road) or reach at Katraj old Tunnel with private transport.

Climb over the Tunnel from behind and once u finds a temple on top start locate the route to Sinhagad Fort.

Start moving west direction. (Your Face Should be at Temple direction)

Depending on your walking speed you will take 5 to 9 Hours to complete this trek.

Once you crossed 8 to 9 Hills you will reach the Sinhagad Fort

Important: Have to carry own torch, at least 3 litr of water & enough food  

In many areas Mobile Network will not reach the signal so keep moving in group for our safety.
